Thanks to the phenomenal sales of our 2017 tours, we’re looking to expand into new tours and new countries for the 2018 season. And you can help.
Over the next twelve months we’ll be setting off on a series of scouting and filming trips in countries from Nepal to Bolivia. This will be a true pioneering experience with plans being made on the move and all the riders forming part of the planning for the new tours – this could be you!
And it’s not just our usual dirt bikes and Royal Enfields – we’ll be using those machines for sure, but we’ll be experimenting with big adventure bikes from Honda Africa Twins to Triumph Explorers and even dabbling into the dark side with some 4x4s. We’ll be filming, taking photographs, exploring, sampling restaurants, swimming in rivers, crossing waterfalls, but most of all, having an epic adventure.
If that were not enough to persuade you, then the cost could be the clincher. These tours are designed to be fact finding adventures, some days we’ll be in plush hotels, some days we’ll be roughing it but in terms of the cost, this will be rock bottom, not for profit costs. Basically we’ll be charging just about what it costs us and no more.
You literally couldn’t do it cheaper yourself, and you certainly wouldn’t have as much fun.
So what’s up first?
15th July 2017
First up we’ll be running a scouting trip to the achingly beautiful Spiti Valley in the Indian Himalayas. The plan is to take a selection of Royal Enfields, Triumph Tigers and a couple of 4x4s for an eight to nine day adventure on some of the countries most treacherous and demanding roads. From your side, you just have to tell us what you’d like to ride or drive and from then, be prepared for one of the most exciting and different adventure holidays.
Sounds good doesn’t it?
OK so this one will be epic. We’re going to ride over half of the entire length of the Himalayan mountain range. Starting from the bustling metropolis of New Delhi we’ll travel through the stunning northeastern region of India before crossing into Nepal and up to Kathmandu. From there we will travel through the lower and upper Mustang Valley before traversing northwest and heading towards our Indian Himalayan base in Manali.
In terms of the transport, we’ll be looking at a variety of options, from the Enfields to Adventure bikes or Land Cruisers – if you want to drive it or ride it, we’ll see whether we can book it!
WANT TO JOIN THE FUN?
First off – send us a return email to firstname.lastname@example.org to express your interest. Tell us where you fancy travelling and what you want to ride or drive.
If it’s the July date – better get a wiggle on…
