This is a tough job where things do not always go to plan. When all the customers are tired from a hard day’s ride, it will be part of your job to keep the mood positive and the ship sailing. You need to be physically fit and mentally strong.

If you are the kind of person that cannot handle long & tiring work days for periods of up to three weeks at a time, this is not the job for you. You must be a team player and be willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that things run as smoothly as they can. On tour you will often be required to do something that is not specifically part of your job description (within reason) and you must be willing to do this without complaint. It’s a team effort and everyone involved in our expeditions works incredibly hard to ensure our customers have the best experience they can possibly have… if you are the type of person that cannot handle it when the going gets tough, you will not last long.

If you are the kind of person that excels under pressure & problem solving, loves to get knee deep in mud & dirt and gets true satisfaction from hard physical and mental work you might be what we’re looking for. If you can take the rough with the smooth, this is an incredibly fun and rewarding dream job. Not only will you enjoy some of the best adventure touring the world has to offer, but you will experience new cultures, witness incredible landscapes and share all of this with interesting people from all over the world.

Our clients are our absolute no.1 concern and we’re only looking to hire professionals that we can trust will really care for them. Please be 100% sure you fit the bill before applying.

Does this sound like your dream job? We'd love to hear from you! Please email us your CV and a cover letter.
