APPROPRIATE SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
Pre-tour, we carry out thorough risk assessments and take the necessary precautions, always with an an emergency action plan in place.
Every tour is accompanied by appropriate equipment and trained personnel, and we never travel without a support vehicle.
We only use quality, well maintained bikes, that are either owned by us or hired from a reputable partner whom we have a strong relationship with. Our support team is trained to carry out a safety checklist of every single bike, every single day.

Both experiences include our comprehensive safety package: qualified medical support, remote medical consultation, and dedicated operational backup. FINANCIAL PROTECTION
As a UK registered travel company, we must adhere to the 2018 Package & Linked Travel Regulations. As such, all monies paid to us are either insured or held in an independent trust account. So if, for example, a global pandemic was to wipe us out, you’d still get every single penny of your money back… We couldn’t run away with it we tried.
WE'RE FULLY INSURED
Here at Ride Expeditions, we take the necessary precautions to ensure that we protect both ourselves and you as the customer, with insurances covering financial failure, public liability, professional indemnity and employers liability.

Our friendly team of touring experts are ready to assist you with everything you need, from advising you on the most suitable trip, to ensuring you make it to the start point worry-free. From there, our in-country team will support you on the adventure itself until you’re dropped back at the airport at the end of the trip.
