Tour Overview
This is a proper enduro adventure across the Kingdom of Wonder. From the pine-topped hills of Kirirom National Park, deep into the jungles of the Cardamom Mountains, across the mighty Tonle Sap by ferry, through the vast Prey Lang forest and on to the lost temples of Preah Khan, before rolling into Siem Reap feeling like a hero.
We’ll wind along sandy tracks, pick our lines through rocky forest trails, cross rivers, rickety bridges and high mountain grasslands. We’ll sleep in jungle bungalows, riverside resorts and remote villages – one night camped under village shelters, one night in a traditional homestay – receive a good luck blessing from Buddhist monks and discover ancient temples that most tourists will never see.

The best bikes in Cambodia
A late-model, high-spec enduro fleet - hands down the strongest in the country. Set up with fresh tyres and quality components, chosen specifically for this terrain.
Fleets vary - often older bikes, softer trail machines or a mixed fleet.
Road-legal, registered bikes
Every bike is taxed and road-registered. This matters - if you have a road accident on an unregistered bike, your travel insurance may not pay out.
Most operators in Cambodia run unregistered bikes.
Damage cover included
Crash damage is included as part of your tour - no damage deposit to hand over, no extra waiver to buy.
Other companies charge for damages.
All meals included
Breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the tour. Eat well, ride hard - no wallet needed at the table.
Meals are often only partly included.
No hidden costs
Transparent pricing - bike, fuel, meals, medical support, damage cover and handpicked accommodation all included as standard.
Extras such as meals, fuel and damages are often billed separately.
Trained medic on tour
Every tour includes a WFR-qualified medic (Wilderness First Responder, or equivalent) as part of the support crew, carrying an extensive expedition medical kit and a satellite phone.
Basic first aid is the usual standard.
24/7 Expedition doctors
Consulting expedition doctors are available by phone around the clock, on every tour - for advice, triage and escalation
Rarely offered.
A full support crew
As a minimum: a local guide, a mechanic, a support vehicle + driver and a Ride Expeditions Tour Manager / medic. Additional mechanics and guides join larger groups - the crew scales with the group.
Support crew sizes vary.
Emergency-ready support vehicle
A properly equipped 4x4 pulling a large trailer - carrying your luggage, spares, a larger medical kit and a spare bike, and capable of an evacuation if needed.
Support vehicles are usually simpler setups.
Accommodation
4 to 5-star stays in the cities and the very best available everywhere else - every stop hand-picked to add to the experience.
Quality varies - some great, some less so.
Guided by a British Standard
We run our expeditions with reference to BS 8848:2014 - the British Standard for safely and professionally run overseas ventures - using it as the benchmark for how we plan and operate.
Recognised benchmarks are rare in this industry.
Backed by Ride HQ
A full, experienced operations team at Ride HQ has your back from first enquiry until you're home again - including while you're out on the trails. Every tour is satellite tracked, so HQ knows where the group is at all times and is ready to act.
Support usually sits with the team on the ground.
No guesswork. No cut corners. A proper ride.
Anyone can stitch together a route and call it an adventure.
But what happens when the day gets long, the road gets rough, and things stop going to plan?
We build our trips properly, test them thoroughly, and back them with the crew and support that let you focus on the ride, not the logistics.
The ride you came for. The support you need.
