Welsh 2 Day Enduro: Twin Shock PHOTO FEST
CLASSIC METAL – READY TO RACE
The Welsh 2 Day Enduro is all about the latest bikes from the biggest manufacturers and the hottest riders, but beyond this the Twin Shock Class is just as keenly contested. Ride Expeditions took a trip round the Parc Ferme as the bikes were clocking in, to bring you images of the classic metal entered for 2017.
From the brutal power of the KTM 495 to the exquisite design of the delicately proportioned Gilera, these bikes represent the history of enduro. But rather than sit idle in collectors garages, these bikes still get thrashed on the going and pinned in the special tests. Just as they did when they were the new kid on the block.
If you rode any of these bikes back in the day or even still ride them – let us know in the comments section.
SIT BACK AND ENJOY!
