Hello to al of our lovely riders & readers across the globe.
So what’s the latest here in the World of Ride..?

Over in South America Henk and a group of adventure seeking riders have just this minute finished living it up over in Patagonia for the last World’s End of the season.

There was a little drama before the ride even started as, through no fault of his own, journalist Julian’s flight was very helpfully cancelled by the airline the day before he was due to fly.

Then, through nobody’s fault BUT his own, videographer Wiggy called HQ to say he had missed his flight as he had turned up to the airport 24hrs late. If any of you have had the pleasure of meeting Wiggy this will not be any surprise to you at all.

Still, all’s well that ends well & the tour itself was an absolute blast!

Meanwhile down in South Africa, Toby has just finished leading the wonderful, road based, Garden Route tour which will now be swiflty followed by the upcoming Cape Crusader.

IN THE HEADLIGHT: COLOMBIAN CARIBBEAN

Coming up this summer is our lovely little gem of a ride, the Colombian Caribbean, which, as you may have inferred from the name, takes you all the way to the Caribbean coast of Colombia.

50% unpaved, we use the trusty Royal Enfield for this 12 day tour. It’s an incredible route that combines exceptional riding, scenery, food and accommodation, immersing you in the ‘real’ Colombia.

You’ll ride through picturesque countryside, visit colonial towns, cross rivers on small boats and meet locals in colourful remote villages. Finishing in the tropical paradise of the Caribbean coast, this is a truly special trip that ticks all the boxes!

REUNION WITH A POTATO!

And now for something completely different

If you cast your minds back you may remember Anna & Toby fostering a skinny abused dog called Spud when they were last in Cape Town. Our very own operations team members, Megan, naturally fell in love with Spud and kindly took him (while her husband Henk was conveniently away leading tours).

Well, Toby cleverly used ‘tour leading’ as the perfect excuse to fly over to Cape Town and get some Spud love. What a difference 6 months make!

Never one to outstay our welcome, we’ll sign off for now.
