The last few months have been action-packed. We found ourselves at the ABR festival, gave away some free Enduristan gear, and signed up for more festivals. We also listened to you and launched a tour in Rajasthan, India – set to be a whopper of a destination-based itinerary with great riding and sight-seeing.
And of course, we kept at it – doing what we love to do!
ABR 2024 Festival

We had barely arrived home from the 2024 ABR festival, which was a blast and worth every minute, and people had already started purchasing tickets for next year’s run. The festival is that good.
We saw some familiar faces, had a drink or two with old friends, chatted with you about going on tour in less-travelled destinations, getting away from the rat race for a good week of riding, and the incredible experiences we’ve had across the world on our tours.

Have you seen the Bolivia Top Gear special where they went up a volcano and came down due to high altitude? They reached 17,200ft. We’d love to take our guests further than this, nearly 2000ft further, to be exact, over the world’s highest motorable road in the Himalayas – Umling La Pass, sitting at19,024 feet (5,799 m).
It’s a real rush to ride these heights and to be sure we’re kicking up the dust on the right route for you, Toby, founder of Ride Expeditions will be making the Recce trip himself to India on the 13th August to explore the idea and ride the pass. While this pass has been open for some time, the reliability of securing permits has been an ongoing issue for riders traveling through the area. We hope to include this exciting route in our Himalayan tours from as early as 2025.
