We ride through remote Berber villages, stop for tea in family-run cafés, and spend our nights in a mix of desert camps and boutique hotels. Every Morocco tour includes a support vehicle carrying luggage, spare parts, tools and medical gear – think of it as your personal genie, but with tyres and torque wrenches instead of magic lamps. No heavy backpacks, no stress – no chance of your socks smelling like chain lube by day three. Our medics are trained in remote care, and our team uses GPS trackers and satellite communications on every tour. You ride, we’ve got your back.

Most travellers don’t need a visa to enter Morocco for short stays, including citizens of the UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. That said, entry rules can change — so we recommend checking the latest travel advice from the UK Foreign Office here, or from your own country’s government website if you’re not a UK citizen.
If your motorcycle licence is written in English or French and includes a photo, you may not need an IDP. However, to avoid complications (especially with insurance claims or over-zealous officials), it’s wise to carry one anyway.

Yes — you’ll need a full motorcycle licence that covers the size of bike you’ll be riding. Currently, we don’t ride anything less than 450cc.
Even more importantly, your travel insurance will likely refuse to cover you if you’re riding without a valid licence — and that includes medivac or hospital bills.
Translation: no licence, no legal ride, no insurance, very expensive helicopter. Bring the right licence, and save your cash for cold beers.
Nothing is mandatory for entry unless you’re arriving from a Yellow Fever country, but routine vaccinations (Tetanus, MMR, Polio) should be up to date. Many travellers also get Hepatitis A and Typhoid. Rabies is occasionally recommended if you’re heading very remote (which is exactly what we do!).

We strongly recommend sticking to bottled or filtered water in Morocco. While some locals drink tap water without issue, visitors can be more sensitive to changes in water quality — and nobody wants to miss a riding day because of a dodgy belly.
Yes — Morocco is generally safe and welcoming for travellers. Petty theft can occur in cities (as it does everywhere), so basic travel smarts apply.

All of our motorcycle tours in Morocco are fully supported. That includes a backup vehicle to carry your luggage, spare parts, tools, refreshments and medical kit, as well as a tour leader trained in Wilderness First Response.
We also use GPS tracking and satellite communications on every trip, so we can stay connected with our 24/7 remote medical team — even when you’re deep in the dunes.
The ideal window is October to April. This avoids the scorching summer heat and the occasional winter snow in the mountains.
Expect dry, sunny days, perfect for riding in the desert, dunes, and open plains.
The rule of “you break it, you buy it” applies here. Camels aren’t cheap — expect to pay upwards of $1,000 for a decent one. Though if you’re short on cash, we hear they’re occasionally open to part-exchange deals involving jelly snakes, a good pair of boots, or a lifetime supply of Berber tea. Ride carefully.
Our current off-road motorcycle tours in Morocco use the Gas Gas EC450F enduro bikes. In future, we’ll be adding more adventure bike touring options including Royal Enfield Himalayans, Yamaha Ténéré 700s and BMW GS 1300s, or trail riding tours on the Honda CRF300Ls.
No — we always recommend bringing your own riding gear so you know it fits and protects you properly. You want to be sure your lid hasn’t been dropped or crashed, and that your boots fit snug enough to avoid heel-blisters the size of Marrakech.
